Meet Mary Paik! She is our Assistant Branch Manager!

She is passionate about all the amazing Coldwell Banker tools and the agents who represent our powerful brand.  She started her real estate career over 20 years ago, then transitioned into an admin position, then to an Agent Development Specialist and now, as the Assistant Branch Manager. It’s safe to say she knows “ins” and “outs” a real estate transaction.

 As an Agent Development Specialist and Assistant Branch Manager, she concentrates on onboarding new to Coldwell Banker agent to acclimate them to utilize our incredible marketing and business management tools. She also trains and supports over 250 agents from 3 offices to fully optimize our high-tech systems so their transactions are seamless, enabling them to serve their clients.

Her passion is our awesome Coldwell banker agents, to help them become more efficient and knowledgeable by doing group trainings and 1 on1 sessions.

• Sharing the latest Quarterly, Area and Market Reports to your prospects to showcase your local market expertise (Prospect Square).
• Capturing and managing your leads through your own website with personal IDX feed, CRM and the marketing center (Moxi).
